More info about Help End Local Poverty:

H.E.L.P.’s mission is to be a global tribe dedicated to ending extreme poverty by helping to rescue orphans, restore their hope and renew their communities.

How can we help end local poverty?

Good question, glad you asked!  As a young organization, we want to have a laser focus. Therefore, we want to do three things to help end local poverty:

1. Rescue Orphans: Many kids have been abandoned because of issues of extreme poverty. We want to ensure that these kids will have a home and a community that will love and support them.

2. Restore their Hope through monthly support. $35 can go along way. Each month we can begin to restore a child’s hope as they have food, clean water, proper medicine, clothing and education. Here’s what that means, how can you help end local poverty in developing countries? When you donate $35 each month, you are giving a child a chance to live and thrive. But, we also want you to journey with this child. You can do that by: Writing letters, sending pictures and Christmas gifts (cash), etc! BTW-we really believe this is a double-blessing relationship. The donor will be blessed as they create a friendship and see this child grow, mature and become educated.

3. Renew their Communities:

Our hope is quite simple, if we can help the local leader care for the kids in that community, than the local leader will have the necessary time and focus to create healthy pathways for holistic development. H.E.L.P. has a strategic process to help us determine who and where to invest. Long-term development and sustainability is vital in that process. We will focus on education, entrepreneurial training, leadership development, specific community needs and church planting.
