Tisha - Zimbabwe
After both of Tisha’s parents died, she went to live with her grandmother where she stayed until her grandmother also passed away. When no other relatives could be located by the authorities, she was brought to live with her new family at Musha Wevana. Tisha’s favorite food is rice with meat, and at school she likes to study art and Shona (her first language). Tisha plays “snakes and ladders” with her friends after school, along with doing her homework and helping out with the cleaning. When she grows up, she wants to be a teacher. Tisha looks forward to spending her Sundays at church with the mothers and other children from the home.
1. Pray for her physical health and emotional well-being. 2. Pray that through the local church, she will come to know and love Christ. 3. Pray that she will work hard and do well in school so that she will have a chance for a better future.
