Monica
Monica was abused as a child and came to live at Musha Wevana at the age of eight on the recommendation of a social worker. Monica’s favorite subject in school is Shona – her native language. She enjoys playing games with the other girls after school and she helps out her house mother by sweeping. Every Sunday, she goes to church with the mothers and the rest of the children from the home.
1. Pray for her physical health and emotional well-being. 2. Pray that through the local church, she will come to know and love Christ. 3. Pray that she will work hard and do well in school so that she will have a chance for a better future.
