Mazvita
Mazvita was living with her father and her stepmother, when her father died. Her stepmother didn’t want to care for her and began abusing her. She was removed from her stepmother’s care and brought to the children’s home. No one knows where her mother is or what happened to her. She has a sister that also lives at the home. During the day, Mazvita stays at home with the mothers and plays with her friends. She loves to play house and spend time with her sister. She speaks Shona. Every Sunday, she goes to church with the mothers and the rest of the children from the home.
1. Pray for her physical health and emotional well-being. 2. Pray that through the local church, she will come to know and love Christ. 3. Pray for access to food and clean water, as there is a shortage of both in Zimbabwe.
