Melody - Zimbabwe
Melody’s mother died when she was young and her father disappeared, leaving Melody in the care of an abusive stepmother. Melody was rescued and brought to live in safety at Musha Wevana at the age of six. Melody’s favorite subject in school is Shona (her first language) and she is also learning English. In the afternoons, she likes to plays ball with her friends. Every Sunday, she goes to church with the mothers and the rest of the children from the home.
1. Pray for her physical health and emotional well-being. 2. Pray that through the local church, she will come to know and love Christ. 3. Pray that she will work hard and do well in school so that she will have a chance for a better future.
